In order to increase its presence and increase its influence, Europe should focus on four key areas: infrastructure and connectivity financing, creating education and schools abroad, increasing its soft power, and promoting its values abroad.

Infrastructure and Connectivity Financing

In order to increase our global presence, Europe should invest in financing infrastructure and connectivity in developing countries. This can be done through the European Investment Bank, which should increase its financial commitment to developing countries in order to facilitate the development of infrastructure projects.
